Do you have a physical location or is your store online only?

At this time, we only offer online sales.

Where do you ship to & what does it cost?

We ship to addresses in Canada & the US. If your order is $75 or over, shipping is free.

What kind of products do you sell?

AdaptiveClothingCanada sells primarily clothing geared toward people with disabilities & the elderly. A lot (but not all) of the products are classified as Adaptive, meaning the clothing is suitable for individuals that may have a hard time removing or putting on clothing. Velcro & snap clothing is a common theme, so if you do a search for adaptive in our search bar, a number of items will show up.

Can I order online securely & what credit cards do you accept?

Yes, we use a secure payment system powered by Stripe & we accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Certainly, we accept PayPal as a method of payment.

Do you accept Apple Pay?

Yes we do. With Apple Pay, you will be able to check out from our online store using Safari on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. (To use Apple Pay, you will have to add your credit card information to your Apple Pay wallet).

Where is your company based out of?

We are based out of Canada but we do business with United States customers as well.
